Over 75 Photos of Keto Friendly Dishes
Mrs. Moose and I have been on a Keto diet since the beginning of the year. While its almost impossible to find any variety in Keto friendly dishes when eating out, it's definitely possible to have a varied Keto based diet at home. We're actually finding it quite easy to maintain which most likely is due to the fact that we are both committed carnivores. I've lost 25 pounds and Mrs. Moose has lost 12, even though we eat (no carbs) and drink (wine) as much as we like. I decided to post the below pics for those fellow Keto'ees looking for a little inspiration. Some of the pics are from the distant past and honestly, we're not totally positive that the descriptions which accompany the pics are 100% accurate so you're on your own. One interesting thing I noticed while gathering the pics was the absence of some meals which we commonly consume (but apparently we don't take pics of them). Among these are tri-tips, baby back ribs and chicken wings.
Good luck and good eating.
